1.0 Wheels Assembly Guide

Step 1

Arrange your 1.0 wheels and hardware to ease installation.

Attention

Thread lock is recommend

Driver for screws = 1.5mm

Please note the two different lengths of screws. The longer version are spare(s) for the hubs. Not intended for the ring portion.

Step 2

Working with one wheel at a time, remove color ring and inner lock ring from the wheel.

Insert the inner lock ring into your tire of choice. Tip: note the direction of the tread pattern for later

Insert wheel and adjust tire position as needed .

Align color ring on the wheel face, hold in place and insert the first screw. Do not insert completely, leave room for adjustment.

Step 6

Insert a second screw directly across from the first. Do not insert completely, leave room for adjustment.

Step 7

Insert two addition screws as shown. Do not insert completely, leave room for adjustment.

Step 8

Insert the remaining screws in a cross alternating pattern.

Step 9

Step 8

Working around the wheel face ensure all screws are tight.

Step 10

Repeat for remaining wheels and enjoy!
